Richmond University Medical Center is a 470+ bed, 600,000 SF healthcare facility and teaching institution located on Staten Island, N.Y. north shore. Richmond University Medical Center is pleased to invite interested parties to participate in response to this request for proposal to provide general construction services for the Local law#11- Façade Restoration work in (5) buildings. Located at 355 Bard Avenue, Staten Island, N.Y. Richmond University Medical Center is seeking qualified firms experienced in similar projects in an active healthcare environment.
