Tom DelMastro is President of TDEL Management, Inc., a management and financial consulting firm that provides senior-level advisory and fractional CFO and CEO services to organizations in the engineering, environmental, industrial, construction, and healthcare sectors. Drawing on decades of executive leadership experience across public, private equity-backed and privately held companies, he advises clients on financial strategy, operational performance, risk management, growth initiatives, and value creation.
With more than 35 years of experience in environmental services, engineering, construction, and financial management, DelMastro built a distinguished career leading organizations focused on complex infrastructure and redevelopment projects. Prior to TDEL Management, Inc., he served as Chief Executive Officer of Staten Island Marine Development LLC (SIMD), where he oversaw the company’s strategic direction, operations, and financial management. Under his leadership, SIMD achieved notable success through its pioneering brownfield redevelopment investment, the Staten Island Logistics Center, a 676-acre waterfront development along the Arthur Kill waterway. Earlier in his career, DelMastro served as Chief Financial Officer of Environmental Chemical Corporation (ECC), a global engineering and construction company. He also held executive leadership positions with Tetra Tech RCM and its predecessor organizations, serving as Executive Vice President of Construction Management as well as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of AMEC Earth & Environmental.
DelMastro earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Polytechnic University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from St. John’s University. He currently serves as an outside director on the Board of Directors of Environmental Chemical Corporation.
A longtime Staten Island resident, DelMastro and his wife, Linda, are deeply rooted in the community. They are the proud parents of five children and grandparents of nine grandchildren.
As a member of the Richmond University Medical Center Board of Trustees, DelMastro brings extensive expertise in executive leadership, strategic planning, finance, infrastructure development, and organizational management to support the hospital’s mission of delivering exceptional healthcare to the Staten Island community.
