Sally Malfi is a longtime volunteer supporting different groups on Staten Island. She started volunteering while her son was in elementary school serving on 4C -30 Department of Education committee to appoint two principals, one assistant principal, and a parent coordinator. An active member of various P. T. A.’s for over 20 years, Sally ran countless fundraising events raising tens of thousands of dollars, especially as Mothers’ Club president of Saint John Villa Academy raising over $45,000 during her four years. She has been an active member of the board of the Todt Hill Civic Association for over 11 years, currently serving as their president working to engage neighborhood awareness and community beautification
As a member of World of Women, Sally is responsible for coordinating various fundraising events to help support and to be a part of the solution in the epidemic of violence against women and children especially on Staten Island. She is also a current member of the board of directors for the Staten Island Board of Realtors (SIBOR). In conjunction with the SIBOR funds were raised and donated to RUMC and is looking forward to a collaborative partnership to raise money to support the hospital.
Sally supports numerous fundraising events here on Staten Island to help the people and communities of her home neighborhood.
