Dolores Van Pelt Vice President of Performance Improvement
In July 2019, Richmond University Medical Center welcomed Dolores Van Pelt RN BSN MAS LSSBB as Vice President Process Improvement. She earned her masters from Fairleigh Dickinson University and holds a certificate in Organizational development in global health and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. She is a member of National Association of Healthcare quality. Van Pelt has published abstracts and numerous presented Improvement project at conferences. She has received awards and recognition for Healthcare Leadership Excellence, Chairman award for Healthy workforce initiative and Robert Wood Johnson Medical Group Nurse of the Year award.
