In 2025, our stroke team achieved:
- 100% compliance with CSTK-08. This metric follows the status of ischemic stroke patients after reception of mechanical endovascular reperfusion therapy.
- 100% compliance with STK-3. This metric follows whether ischemic stroke patients have been properly prescribed anticoagulation therapy at discharge.
- 99.4% compliance with AHASTR12. This metric follows that patients received proper stroke education at discharge.
- 99.3% compliance with STK-2. This metric follows whether stroke patients have been properly discharged on antithrombotic therapies.
- 96.8% compliance with AHASTR4. This metric follows if patients were placed on intensive statin therapy by the end of hospital day 2.
- 96.3% compliance with AHASTR5. This metric follows if patients arrived within 3.5 hours and received IV thrombolytics by 4.5 hours.
