Dr. Kharode is a pediatric endocrinologist at Richmond University Medical Center (RUMC). She sees patients with a variety of endocrine-related conditions, including Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, short stature, obesity, polycystic ovary syndrome, and thyroid disorders.
Dr. Kharode received her medical school degree at St. George’s University, Grenada, West Indies. She completed her pediatric residency at SUNY Upstate Medical University/Upstate Golisano Children’s Hospital and her pediatric endocrinology fellowship at New York – Presbyterian Hospital/ Weill Cornell Medical Center.
Dr. Kharode is board certified in both general pediatrics and pediatric endocrinology. She is fluent in English and Gujarati and speaks Spanish at a professional working proficiency level.
