Timothy is the principal of TCH Realty & Development Co., LLC. The company’s focus is the clean-up and restoration to productive use of contaminated and blighted real properties in the Mid-Atlantic states. Since 1990, the company and affiliated partnerships have completed 30 commercial projects comprising more than 4 million square feet.
Timothy graduated cum laude from Dartmouth College, with Highest Distinction in Government. He has a Juris Doctor degree from University of Virginia Law School, where he was a Hardy Dillard Fellow, and a Masters Degree in Tax Law from New York University School of Law. He is a member of the bars of the State of New York and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Timothy currently serves as a Director and Chairman of the Loan Committee of Northfield Bancorp. He also serves as Chairman of the Northfield Foundation; Chairman of the Nelson A. Rockefeller Center for Public Policy and Social Sciences at Dartmouth College, Hanover, NH; and Second Vice Chairman of Project Hospitality, Staten Island, NY.
