Web Order Payments are processed online and do not disclose any sensitive customer financial information to the gift shop or hospital. The gift shop receives an Instant Message alerting them of a web order (left). They print the web order through their POS register. If the customer did not provide a room number, the gift shop will contact the Volunteer Office. The gift shop locates the merchandise, fulfills the order thru the register using the bar-code on the top, no money or credit card is involved as it is reconciled at the Corporate Office. The personal message on the bottom is clipped o  and stapled to a Web Order Gift Tag (right).
